This fun and accessible workshop will give you the chance to experience some of the most exciting theatre of the Victorian age; elements of which have travelled through time and are found today in the genres of horror, detective fiction and soap opera.
Using specially selected texts you will explore some of the fascinating characters of the style as well as the 'sensational' storylines that this genre has to offer.
Rosie has taught Melodrama and Victorian Theatre at Queen's University.
